About Our Instructor
Josie Paolini
Josie Paolini is a trained actress and seasoned theatre technician with years of experience both on stage and behind the scenes. She studied drama and technical theatre in New York City and has worked with respected companies such as The Colleagues Theatre Company and HBO.
In addition to her professional work, Josie has a heart for youth development and arts education. She has directed theatre programs, founded nonprofit outreach efforts, and brings a nurturing, encouraging energy to every class. As a firm believer in the power of the arts to build confidence, empathy, and purpose, Josie brings the Stanislavski Method to life in a way that’s accessible, honest, and fun for young actors.
With a focus on authenticity, storytelling, and ensemble collaboration, she invites students to explore the craft of acting in a safe, imaginative, and faith-informed environment.
